Earl Grey
Sometimes tea is at its best when made plain, nothing added.
I see myself drinking a lot more earl grey for the days to come.
I had a Jasmine Dragon Latte and it was delicious. I never tried jasmine tea with milk or vanilla before, so it was an entirely new experience to me. I probably have to get used to the taste before I’m able to truly love it.
Iced Mango Green Tea
- 1 Cup Green Tea with Ginseng and Lemon
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Mango Butter(I got mine from Trader Joes)
- Ice to chill hot tea
Directions: Steep a bag of Green Tea. Add sugar and the mango butter to the Tea while hot, and mix until dissolved and clear. Chill tea until ice cold and serve.
The tea tastes very good with the mango flavor. It doesn’t overpower the green tea at all, but rather just make the green tea taste even better. Man that was delicious.

Sorry I haven’t posted recently
It’s just that the summer heat is stopping me from drinking hot tea everyday. I will be making chilled teas more often and will record them to share with you guys :)
Black (Almond) Milk Tea (v.2)
- 3 parts Black Tea
- 1 Part Vanilla Almond Milk
- Sugar to taste
- Ice to chill hot tea
Directions: Fill 3/4 of the glass with steeped Black Tea. Add sugar to your liking(I prefer 1 teaspoon), then fill the rest of the glass with Vanilla Almond Milk. After, add ice and stir until hot tea is cooled and cold.
The almond flavor in the tea gives a very defined taste to the tea, although It could be a little sweeter. The almond flavor may also overpower the tea, so maybe the Tea:Milk ratio could be altered to fix that. Overall, not a bad cup of tea.

Sweet Tea
- 8 bags Black or Lemon Tea
- 8 cups Boiling Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2-3 cups Ice
Directions: Steep all tea bags in 8 cups of boiling water for 3 minutes. Take tea bags out of pot, then stir in 1/2 sugar until completely dissolved. Pour hot tea into a pitcher and add 2 cups of Ice and stir constantly until completely chilled. (note: do not add sugar after adding ice because the sugar will not dissolve in cold water)
Oh my goodness this is amazing. It was very sweet, which may want to be watered down if a more mild taste is preferred. I think that this tea can be made with different types of tea too, and still have a great taste to it. I would probably try this with Orange Pekoe or a white tea. Either way, it is still very refreshing and perfect for a summer day.

Black Milk Tea (v.1)
- 3 parts Black Tea
- 1 Part Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Ice to chill hot tea
Directions: Fill 3/4 of the glass with steeped Black Tea, then fill the rest of the glass with Sweetened Condensed Milk. After, add ice and stir until hot tea is cooled and cold.
I enjoy this very much. It’s sweet, but not overbearing. It is also creamy due to the consistency of the Sweetened condensed milk. I have made 2 other alternatives to this tea, and this is one of my favorites. My friend Annjela, however, did not quite understand it. She doesn’t believe that milk should mix with tea. Frivolous creature, dig yourself a grave.

Jasmine Tea with Grenadine
- 1 cup of Jasmine Tea
- 1 &1/2 teaspoons of Grenadine
It was surprisingly quite soothing. The color of the tea changed to bright pinkish-red. Just a hint of pomegranate flavor, which added a more bright aspect to the tea.
